Five-axis CNC machining in progress
MMXXVIThe Process

From solid to surface.

Six stages, executed in-house, governed by the discipline of motorsport manufacturing.

Stage · 01Material

Material

Each edition begins as a single block of 6061-T6 aerospace-grade billet aluminium, selected for grain consistency and machining stability.

Stage · 02Design

Design

Forms are modelled with the same surfacing tools used in Formula One bodywork. Every radius and transition is resolved before a cutter is ever loaded.

Stage · 03Machining

Machining

Multi-axis CNC machining reduces the billet to its intended geometry. Tool paths are written in-house to preserve surface integrity at every face.

Stage · 04Finishing

Finishing

Surfaces are hand-finished, then anodised or selectively nickel-plated. No paint. No fillers. The material remains visible throughout.

Stage · 05Numbering

Numbering

The edition number is machined directly into the base of each object. A permanent mark, not a sticker.

Stage · 06Presentation

Presentation

Each piece ships in a leather-and-felt-lined wooden box with certificate of authenticity and archival ownership documentation.
